Default Manager
Oversee daily operations
of default team, which includes foreclosure,
bankruptcy, eviction, and closings. Plan workflow
and allocate departmental resources. Provide
training and development to default staff. Complete
employee evaluations, interview and hire team
members, provide guidance and feedback to employees
and partner with HR to manage and improve
performance through corrective action and
performance improvement plans. Develop and maintain
client driven performance metrics and performance
bonuses that will drive results in the business and
exceed customer expectations for quality and
turnaround time. Review department procedures and
processes to ensure the department is operating
efficiently, cost effectively, and in alignment with
client needs, and firm goals and objectives.
Evaluate, select and maintain relationships with
vendors.
Candidates must possess Bachelors Degree, Masters
preferred. 3-5 years of management experience within
a high volume production environment required.
Minimum of 3 years legal experience with
specialization in foreclosure, default, or
bankruptcy industries required. Candidates must
possess 3 years of experience supporting Freddie Mac

Foreclosure Litigation Managing Attorney
Responsibilities include representing clients in all
aspects of litigation, including appearances in
court and at mediations, preparing and researching
cases, preparing briefs and other documents and
serving as a resource to staff and clients. Attorney
will manage and mentor a team of Foreclosure
Attorneys and will serve as a liaison between
Foreclosure Litigation and Firm Management Team.
Ideal candidates should have 8+ years of foreclosure
litigation experience and experience managing
multiple attorneys. Excellent communication skills
and the ability to manage many priorities and
deadlines required. Candidates must be able to work

Business Process
Analyst (Part Time)
Entry level, part time opportunity available for law
firm’s growing Business Process department. Employee
will be doing “light” programming. Actual
programming experience not required, however must
have some basic understanding of programming logic
such as “if” statements and similar structures. Open
position is ideal for someone majoring in MIS or
Computer Science and interested in working
in/learning Word Perfect, Crystal Reports, and/or
Microsoft Access. Employee will work about 20 hours
per week.

Billing
Specialist
Review all prebills for team generated through firm
financial software program. Follow up on status of
outstanding invoices and handle collections. Enter time
and expenses as required for foreclosure department
billing. Prepare interim and final bills for entry into
client billing program in a timely manner. Utilize
assigned billing reports to ensure compliance with
client billing requirements and guidelines. Approve and
process vendor invoices in a timely manner for payment.
Prepare necessary documents required for submission of
invoices into vendor programs. Review and update vendor
spreadsheets in response to client audits. Experience
with Iclear and New Invoice preferred. A minimum of 1
year of billing experience within a law firm required.

FC Sales
Specialist
Perform a variety of clerical duties involving all
aspect of the clerk’s foreclosure sales process in
support of high volume foreclosure practice of law firm.
Process mail pertaining to sales; prepare motions to
reschedule sale, certificates of sale, certificate of
title, motion in order to cancel sale, review of notice
of sale and proof of publication; file court documents
electronically; update vendors or clients with case
status; update Perfect practice with corresponding
information. A minimum of 1 year of foreclosure sales
experience is required.

Collector
Perform third party collection duties for commercial and
retail clients, which includes making collections calls
and responding to debtor calls on files. Prepare legal
documents supporting the collection process. Perform
electronic, phone and mail research to locate debtors
that have not been served. Use software programs to
document information on a defendant so they can be
served. Update process servers, attorneys, and legal
department clerks with new information for collections
purposes.
Skip trace debtors using software programs such as:
Accurint, Locate Plus, Equifax and TransUnion.
Candidates must have 3rd party collections
experience, knowledge of FDCPA, and experience with skip
trace software. All candidates must be willing to work
evenings and weekends.
