Estate Planning Probate
We counsel clients concerning the disposition of property to their heirs and the passing of
control of both business and personal assets. Through the use of wills, revocable trusts, irrevocable
trusts, family limited partnerships, gifting programs and other planning opportunities, we seek to
provide for a smooth passing of wealth between the generations and to optimize favorable tax treatment.
We provide estate administration and are available to counsel the personal representative through the
probate process.
