Richard McIver is the partner in charge of the firm's mortgage foreclosure department. With experience in a wide range of litigation, including commercial and residential foreclosures, the department has the ability to effectively handle most legal issues that may arise for its mortgage clients.

Ms. Castillo is a member of the Academy of the Holy Names Alumni Board, a Girl Scout Leader, and a participating member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church and School communities. She has taught the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Certified Process Server course at Hillsborough Community College since 1993.
