Attorney Bio:

Brian is an Associate Attorney at Kass Schuler, where he focuses his practice on real estate litigation, collections, and bankruptcy. Prior to joining Kass Schuler, Brian focused his practice on professional liability, lien foreclosure, collections and enforcement, and bankruptcy cases related primarily to community associations in both Sate and Federal court. Brian also served as an Assistant State Attorney of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, where he gained significant litigation experience both individually and as co-counsel. In this role, Brian managed more than 300 cases, which included county court and complex felony juvenile cases, while gaining extensive trial experience. Along with Florida, Brian is admitted to the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida.

While in law school, Brian was the Executive Director of Florida Coastal School of Law’s Pro Bono Program, Coordinator of the Veteran’s Legal Collaborative, and President of the Military Law Society. Brian completed over 400 hours of legal pro bono work, most of which were dedicated to assisting local homeless veterans in the Jacksonville, Florida area.

Brian is a decorated United States Army Veteran, earning, among many other awards, a Bronze Star medal for his service. While serving in the Army, Brian deployed multiple times to the Middle East in support of Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom.

Brian is a proud Father to one Daughter who is currently enrolled at UCLA.
