Clay A. Holtsinger is an attorney with the law firm of Kass Shuler, P.A., where he practices in the areas of mortgage foreclosure and real property law. His primary practice during the past 30 years has been handling mortgage foreclosure related litigation for mortgage servicers, banks, and lenders. For over 19 years, Mr. Holtsinger has been AV rated by Martindale Hubbell. Mr. Holtsinger has had several appellate opinions published which relate to mortgage foreclosure issues.
