Attorney Bio:

Mr. Roefaro was born in Utica, NY but moved to the Tampa Bay area with his family as a child. Mr. Roefaro obtained his undergraduate degree in business management from the University of Central Florida where he captained the ice hockey club on the ice and acted as the club president off the ice running the day to day operations of the club. Upon graduation, Mr. Roefaro came back to the Tampa Bay area to attend the Stetson University College of Law where he obtained both his JD and MBA. During law school Mr. Roefaro clerked for a local board certified real estate attorney where he gained a foundation in real estate law and litigation. Mr. Roefaro also had the opportunity to participate in Stetson’s in-house counsel internship program as a law clerk for Minor League Baseball.

Shortly after becoming a member of the Florida Bar, Mr. Roefaro joined the law firm of Kass Shuler, P.A. where he has focused his practice on representing creditors in mortgage foreclosure litigation and other real estate related litigation. Mr. Roefaro handles litigated matters on behalf of his clients and has successfully tried hundreds of non-jury trials throughout the state of Florida.

Outside of the office, Mr. Roefaro is an avid sports fan and enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children.
