Attorney Bio: Philip K. Clarke is Shareholder at Kass Shuler, P.A. based out of the Tampa office where his practice includes business planning, sales and acquisitions, formation of business entities, commercial real estate, title and leasing issues, and estate planning.His services include drafting and negotiating transaction documents and structuring and effectuating the sale and purchase of businesses, assets, and joint ventures.
While attending Suffolk University Law School Mr. Clarke served as a staff member for the Suffolk Transnational Law Journal from 1986-1987 as well as a Technical Editor from 1987-1988. Mr. Clarke began his distinguished career as a litigator in Maine. Prior to relocating to Florida in 2001, he was a partner in the law firm Gross, Minsky & Mogul, P.A., in Bangor, Maine, where he remains Of Counsel. He is licensed to practice law in Maine, Massachusetts, and Florida. He has contributed to a number of published articles in legal publications and been involved in a number of reported decisions, including Estate of Hazel Chapman Kidik v. Chapman, 577 A.2d 775 (Me. 1990); Bakala v. Town of Stonington, 647 A.2d 85 (Me. 1994); and Estate of Carl Reed, 681 A.2d 460 (Me. 1996).
In his time away from the office, Mr. Clarke enjoys long walks on the beach with man’s best friend, Xander.
