Attorney Bio:

Stacey has a strong background in data analysis and risk management, before becoming a lawyer she worked for a large payment processor in risk management and business system development. Stacey has been serving financial institutions as lawyer since September 2009 in the areas of Bankruptcy, Collections, Real Estate and Landlord/Tenant matters. In addition to a strong business background Stacey also gained valuable trial experience working as an Assistant State Attorney in Hillsborough County Florida. Stacey is a well rounded creditor’s rights attorney and is able to provide valuable insight and guidance on all issues related to prosecution and defense of collection related issues.

Stacey’s practice area also includes handling eviction matters for landlords throughout the state of Florida.

Stacey received her B.A. degree from Eckerd College in Business Management and Economics with honors in May 2000, she received her M.A. degree in Economics from the University of South Florida in December 2003 and her J.D. degree from Stetson University College of Law in May 2009.
